Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
From time to time, XoeKal may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries and regions. Shipping availability depends on your location and carrier coverage.
If we do not currently ship to your country, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package using the carrier's tracking website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
XoeKal is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, severe weather, or holidays are outside of our control.
